Commercially focused with significant HR Leadership and Director experience in multiple sectors, Jo has a record of successfully delivering major projects and productivity improvements including; culture and change management and development, new payroll and HR systems, talent acquisition and development, leadership coaching and development, intranets and business continuity plans, HR shared services, Centres of Expertise, performance appraisal and learning management systems, office refurbishments and business relocations.
Jo became a consultant, leadership coach and interim HR director in 2019 working with a range of businesses including start-ups and established companies. As a self-starter, collaborative team builder, leader, mentor and coach, she has a firm grasp of the strategic picture, a ‘tell it like it is’ approach and strong emphasis on securing value for money from providers and assets.
